2. Monitoring Guest Feedback: Your Review Monitoring view gives you everything you need at a glance — review counts, average rating, guest comments, and publisher filters so you can sort by OpenTable only, or view all reviews together.

Marqii also highlights AI-powered summaries to help you spot recurring themes, saving you from scrolling through hundreds of reviews one by one. You can find it under Analytics > Review Insights.

3. Responding to Reviews: When you’re ready to respond, just click into the review. You’ll see two options:

  • Public Reply – post directly on your OpenTable listing for all guests to see.
  • Private Reply – reply directly to the guest when the situation calls for more discretion.
